The Italian version of 'Granita' is characterised by the scent of calamansi juice, it's a type of green-coloured orange. Mixed with mint leaves, it freshen the scent even more. Granita tastes sweet, cold and fresh with its minty scent, and this ice cream is placed in a base made from a frozen navel-orange skin.
