Ingredients:
'Parfait'... the 'French' version of a cold dessert, easiest to prepare. Egg-yolk mixed with frozen raspberry and sponge biscuit.

The Italian version of 'Granita' is characterised by the scent of calamansi juice, it's a type of green-coloured orange. Mixed with mint leaves, it freshen the scent even more. Granita tastes sweet, cold and fresh with its minty scent, and this ice cream is placed in a base made from a frozen navel-orange skin.

Of course there are many other recipes, prepared by Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, especially shared for its Cooking With Style classes. The Four Seasons Hotel also host a special 'Ramadhan' class this October 2006. Check it out! :)

Description:
sweet & tasty! Thanks to Mbak Fitri for sharing me her great recipe :)

Ingredients:
1. Telur 6 butir
2. Susu cair 600 cc
3. Gula pasir 50 gr
4. Vanilli 1/2 sdt
5. Gula pasir untuk caramel 150 gr

Directions:
1. Hanguskan gula caramel (150 gr, diaduk2 diatas wajan sampai cair), tuang ke dalam cetakan pyrex
2. Kocok telur + gula pasir + vanilli sampai putih
3. Tuang susu cair ke dalam adonan telur tadi
4. Setelah tercampur rata, tuang & saring ke dalam cetakan pyrex
5. Kukus adonan dengan api kecil
6. Pada waktu mengukus gunakan serbet untuk tutup panci agar air tidak menetes ke adonan
7. Kukus selama sekitar 45 menit - 1 jam, angin-anginkan di luar, lalu taruh di kulkas

Description:
Sweet and tasty!

Ingredients:
Eggs (6)
Milk (liquid, 600 cc)
Sugar (50 gr)
Vanilli (1/2 teaspoon)
Sugar for the caramel (150 gr)

Directions:
1. Boil sugar for the caramel (that means the 150 gr one...), stirr slowly 'til it gets liquified then put it in the Pyrex plate
2. Mix all the eggs, the 50 gr sugar and the 1/2 teaspoon of vanilli using a mixer (until the colour of the mixture becomes white)
3. Slowly pour all the 600 cc milk into the above mixture (mixture no. 2)
Sorry ... I have to switched into Indonesia language now ...
4. Setelah tercampur rata, tuang & saring ke dalam cetakan pyrex
5. Kukus adonan dengan api kecil
6. Pada waktu mengukus, gunakan serbet untuk tutup panci agar air tidak menetes ke adonan
7. Kukus selama 45 menit - 1 jam dengan api yang kecil

A very easy-to-made drink. The ingredients are simple and it takes only a while to mix them! Nice to have it served when friends are coming to your place or just to accompany a dinner ...

Ingredients:
A bottle of Baileys
2 boxes of pure milk
Ice cubes from your frige



Directions:
(1) Pour Baileys into medium-sized glasses (up to around 2cm from the glass' base)
(2) Add one spoon of milk, stirr slowly and with feeling ... :)
(3) Add 2-3 ice cubes, stirr slowly a while
(4) Ready to be served, and your friends can make the mixture according to their own taste, too
(5) Follow the steps above if you wanna add some more...
